Additional Information:

  • The Login ID is your Prometric Testing ID. If you had a 9 digit numeric testing ID, please see the note below.
  • Your Password is not case sensitive.
  • If you're a first time user or have forgtten your Password
    you may click here to assign one.
    You will be prompted to enter information from an Examination Score Report. If the information you provide matches a test in our system, you will be allowed to assign your password and subsequently login.
  • If you are unable to assign your password and need further assistance, please email a Customer Service Representative at Suncert_ww@oracle.com.

ATTENTION Effective August 3, 2008: All 9 digit numeric Testing IDs (Social Security numbers) were replaced with system generated 9 digit alpha-numeric Testing IDs. To obtain your new Testing ID email a Customer Service Representative at Suncert_ww@oracle.com or login to www.prometric.com to view your account.
